Email confirmation link broken

I am trying to register to submit an add-on to Firefox.

During registration I correctly receive the email verification link, however when clicking the link or pasting it into the browser I get a "We're sorry, but we can't find what you're looking for." error.

When I try to resend the confirmation email, I get the same link, and the same result.

Any ideas?
