can not send email error 81 message

When trying to send an email,The following error message is received:

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 Unable to accept email from your location (IP 68.200.113.233) at this time. Please try again later. error code 81. @ . 

Please check the message recipient "ftotten@optonline.net" and try again.

No email is sent. I have checked the smpt settings and they appear to be correct. Email appears to be received correctly.

The error came from your providers server. Ask them what is wrong with their system.
