I’m having trouble syncing my desktop to my phone- I only updated my email address! I have the barcode on the computer but can’t access where to scan it through the Firefox app on my phone.
Initially used my phone camera to sync, then tried to find where to scan within the app. Have now lost app function and can’t find where to scan in order to sync after updating my email address.

You can scan the QR code directly from the Firefox app on your phone. Try these steps: 1. Open Firefox on your phone and tap the three-dot menu (Android) or the menu button (iPhone). 2. Tap Sign in. 3. Tap Ready to scan. 4. Point your phone at the QR code displayed on your computer and follow the prompts. If you can’t find the scan option, you can also tap Use email instead and sign in with your updated Mozilla account email address.

Thank you! I enlisted the help of my adult daughter who helped me see the syncing was done as soon as I logged in with my email address. I just needed to close the window, lol! So I had done what you offered but couldn’t see how to get my browser window back. It’s a learning curve! 😂
