Recently I had to install a new windows, and I signed in to my Firefox account and found all the data from the previous windows including the open tabs, I could find them from "Tabs from other devices".

But now can't find them any more, although that device name is still there in my account page, under " connected services", please advise.

Hi, I need help retrieving my Saved passwords, Bookmarks and History. I have recently changed my mobile phone and Laptop. I've logged in on both items. I can't find my password, its clean. I can only see the visited sites that were on my new mobile, but nothing from my old laptop even after login and Sync

HI All Recently purchased a laptop and want to have FF sync with my desk top. I am signed in to both devices with the same account and have checked all settings on both and they are identical. Why are they not syncing?

When I frequently turn off my computer using the system unit's power button, meaning a quick shutdown, after several such shutdowns, when I launch the browser, I'm prompted to log in again. Bookmarks that weren't synced disappear. And I'm also logged out of all the websites I was logged into, forcing me to log in again. Cachyos Linux.

Please help, it looks like my passwords are not synced anymore on any Mozilla I use. I sue a Mozilla portable at home and a classic desktop on my office. The synchronyzation works for bookmarks, browse history and download history but not a single password is imported on my sessions ! My files are present : see screenshot01 so my passwords are here. Login.json contains data. So what's the problem. The debug mode said that : see screenshot 02 Thanks for the help

My Firefox sync stopped working after the latest update. Bookmarks are not syncing between my desktop and laptop. I have tried signing out and back in but it still does not work. Any suggestions?

After updating Firefox to the latest version, my bookmarks are no longer syncing across devices. I have Firefox installed on Windows 11 and Linux, and the sync was working fine before the update. I have tried signing out and back in to my Mozilla account but the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a phone set up for synchronization, and the tabs were synced. Now, that phone has disappeared from my main phone—the one that listed all the devices—and all the tabs are gone. What should I do?

Firefox desktop and Fennec Android are syncing everything perfectly, including tabs from Fennec in Firefeox, except for when I try to view tabs from Firefox in Fennec I get the message: "You don't have any tabs open in Fennec on your other devices".

I have tried to figure out what's causing this and have searched for answers but I can't figure it out. Could anyone suggest what the problem might be please. Appologoes if this is something obvious I've just missed.

I have Firefox on two Windows PCs and a Pixel 8 Pro. If I make a change to my bookmarks on one PC, that change is quickly reflected on the other PC. This does not happen on my Android phone, which is signed in to the same account. I have tried logging out and in on the phone, and eventually deleted all data (not just cache) from Firefox on the phone, then uninstalled the app. I then re-installed Firefox on the phone, signed in to my Mozilla account, and set up my sync requirement including bookmarks. Firefox on the phone then installs a set of bookmarks which is several months out of date. I have repeated this process (delete data, uninstall / reinstall) several times, and signed in both with my email and by scanning a QR code on the PC. The same old set of bookmarks is synced to the phone every time. The old bookmarks which are synced to the phone are not synced to the PCs - those two devices are up to date and syncing correctly. It's almost as if there are two sets of bookmarks on the Mozilla server, one for the phone and one for the Windows PCs. I don't know where to go from here, can anyone help?

My mozilla account contains history entries from a job a no longer work at.

I've tried deleting history and databases on both mobile and desktop, yet some still persist. I've experienced the issue on multiple devices, making me assume there's something up with the history entries tied to the account.

I accidentally signed out of my Mozilla account on my previous device.Now, after signing in to my account on my new device, the data from my previous device is not coming through.How do I collect data from a previous device? Please help.

I want to "synch"/ export/migrate my current tabs on my old computer to this computer -- the 'synch now' button in your settings doesnt seem to take it on - please let me know?
