How do I set up folders and make certain emails go in that folder

Also how to I tell Thunderbird that messages it is marking as spam are not.

On my Xfinity login, I have multiple folders to sort email into. When I installed eMClient, those folders were automatically created and are kept in sync across all clients.

When I installed TB, the folders did not appear.

Is there a way to make them appear and to be synced with Xfinity?

Deleted email continually tries to access my website and gets my IP blocked

We have an email on one of our computers that was removed and when that computer starts up it tries to access our website and then our web host blocks our IP address. If… (читать ещё)

We have an email on one of our computers that was removed and when that computer starts up it tries to access our website and then our web host blocks our IP address. If it tries to access our web site more than 5 times in 3600 seconds we get our IP address blocked.

I have looked everywhere in that computer to try and find where the culprit email is located, but I have found nothing.

We are running version 140.2 on Widows 10. I really don't want to reinstall Windows, but!! A,d I have been working on this for 3 weeks and it took me 2 weeks to locate the computer that was getting me blocked. Our IP address has unblocked at lest 20 times.

Joined TalkTalk years ago but the landline service was so bad I left them. They said 'carolward@talktalk.net' was mine for life. Now TalkTalk has been split into three with the email part trading as Everymail who now want £5 a month or £50 for a year to service carolward@talktalk.net. They blocked my ability to send emails and threatened to wipe all my saved emails if I did not pay. When I agreed to pay £50 they offered a month 'free' but have not taken the money and seemed to imply they had 'bought' the email rights. Have you had dealings with them and can you advise me what to do please? I am 79 years old and admit that I do not understand how they can do this or how to stop them. I am happy to pay for your advice. Thank you in anticipation Carol Ward

Hi all,

I have found a bug with version 10.1 of the Thunderbird email app for Android.

When I go to Sent Items in the Thunderbird app, choose a previously sent email to view it, then choose 'Edit as new message', then make the necessary changes and choose 'Save draft', Thunderbird crashes and the new message is lost (not getting saved in drafts).

The messages that were left in my Inbox folder overnight have become ghosts. The subject, sender, recipient, and date are shown but none of the messages show any content when clicked on. None of them can be moved, or deleted. This seems to be the same condition for the Junk folder where the one spam message that was left in the folder is also a ghost. All of the attachments in these messages have been downloaded but I still need the messages for the record. Is there some way to make them whole again? Thanks.

P.S. I just restored the Inbox and Junk files from the nightly backup and all of the messages became whole. I still need to determine what may have caused this and how to prevent it. Thanks.

How do I view the message headers on the emails I receive? I tried right-clicking in/on/near the sender's address area but there's no option that pops ups like in other email programs. I've searched "email headers" and nothing comes back. Am I missing the instructions somewhere?

Hi team. The sent items of one of my clients email accounts seems to be invisible. It does show that there are sent times at the top of the window. When I send a new mail, that number increases by one.

Things I've already tried; Checked all account settings. Double checked things like "Place a copy in", "default Sent folder", " Subscribe" Checked all layout setting Checked all filter settings. Uninstalled and reinstalled software.

Any idea what could be the issue?
