
Will be cancelled because of no sign in?
I received an email saying I had not signed in for two years and so would be cancelled. I use Firefox every day, multiple times. I have never seen a request to sign in. I don't even see an option for that on the screen. I have selected for the site to remember my password. Please advise. I created a new password to sign in to this help forum. Firefox for MAC

The account being referred to is your Mozilla Account formerly called Firefox Account until Nov 2023.
If you have not signed in or used your Mozilla Account within the past two years, your account could be scheduled for deletion. Now that you have signed in to your Mozilla Account (same one?) it should not be deleted (hopefully) now as I believe the email was to give you a heads up.
Mozilla Accounts are used to login on this site, for Firefox Sync and other Mozilla services though it is not required to have one in order to use the Firefox web browsers. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account
