Preview images not showing on WaterFox
Online shopping using WaterFox (example screenshot attached) at Walmart & other websites, preview webpages are not showing images. However using Microsoft Edge web browser the preview images load just fine. (example screenshot attached) I disabled all extensions in WaterFox but it made no difference
I did explore the "knowledge base" but could not find a fix for the problem, but would welcome any help
you could send my way. Also have a problem on some web pages that use a "chat" application. Clicking on the "chat" link does not activate the chat window. However, there again, chat window opens fine in MS Edge. Thanks!

I don't think anyone reads or uses these support pages. OR, they are too lazy or too stupid to answer simple questions......Me!! I'm just too stupid! There, I admit it. So what's your excuse?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Ahh! Yes, being rude or insulting is not a way to make friends nor gain information. However, it sometimes does have it's rewards. I think this has been one of those times. Thank You for your response. I will seek other ways to resolve the issue.
