Why is a message in the sent file, but has not been received by recipient?

I sent a message to a number of recipients. There was no error notification. But the message has apparently not been received by anyone. It is in the sent messages file, but has none of the recipients addresses listed whatsoever (no undisclosed recipients either). The message had two files attached.

How many recipients? What type of recipients? This would help determine the context in order to guide you better.

Most Internet providers block or limit the ability to mass-email, and most email providers block multiple incoming email coming from the same address.
