
once perfect, I can't do a thing, every 60 seconds mozilla crashes. 11/14 UGH! trying to post this repeatedly
copy paste # 8: the auto update of 11/14/17 killed any use of my computer for anything online. every 60 seconds I have to reboot. you were perfect, how can you now destroy perfection? lots of bug issues now. [sad] 9th attempt to post this before a crash. will it go thru? laffing at my boredom trying to get answers

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
If you want to downgrade, First, Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select Update. Check the settings.
Also turn off Use a background service to install updates
Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.
If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.
