Unable to install Firefox.

I am on Windows 8.1 Pro and I just formatted my PC and I downloaded Firefox from here and its stuck on the installation screen. I have the screen on where it is stuck and is not proceeding forward. This is where it is stuck : http://prntscr.com/73asqm

Try this:

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
