Could you try browsing the web in Safe Mode and tell me does that solve the problem? Also it would be nice to give me some screenshot so i could see the precise problem of yours.

Does this happen when there's a pop-up private message on Forums and Firefox doesn't allow or only pop-up Window?

You should also update your Mozilla Firefox to the latest version at Mozilla Website !

Restarting in Safe Mode worked. Now that I am out of safe mode everything seems to work ok. Do you think that it will just go back to doing it again, or was this a permeant fix?

I think that could fix the thing if now is working still fine.

I would like you to tell me what did you check from this image you chosen while opening Safe Mode?

If u disabled all add-ons and now it's working normally try enable one by one and see wich one is causing the problems...

Yes, I just left everything blank and continued in safe mode. I enabled all of my add-ons again and it is working. So I don't know if it was an add on or not.

Well then this seems solved.

Maybe there was something else causing the problem and was disabled while being in Safe Mode and still is disabled.
