Is this about Firefox on a desktop or about Firefox on a mobile device ?

An authenticator app would normally be a standalone application on a mobile device that generates a TOTP code once you have scanned the QR code. You enter or copy/paste this TOTP code in the input field in Firefox.

Are you able to scan the QR code provided by Firefox with the authenticator app ?
