Why the reader mode add strange links at the bottom?

and when i pressed the reader mode i've got "bad links" showing up at the bottom of the page what's the reason?

Perhaps it's a good idea. I'm pretty sure that website admin is aware of it, but boss would never allow having such links, if he knew.

These links are present in the website's code, but positioned 1275px to the left with css style. So you can't see it in default mode. Since the reader mode strips most of css, these links shows up.

To me it looks that the site has been hacked.
