Under Privacy settings, Cookies and Site Data -- with newest Firefox 60.0.1 release -- is there a way to have the modal box remember which checkboxes were selected the last time? I often clear the cache while testing, and now have to remember to always un-check the "Cookies and Site Data" item, so that only "Cached Web Content" is selected. Frustrating if you click too fast and forget to uncheck.

I'm assuming the answer to this -- is "no" -- there's no way to do it. If so, where can this be submitted as a request?

I'm not seeing any prefs linked to those two checkboxes, so it doesn't seem possible to remember those choices and the two boxes will always be checked by default (checked="true").

Not sure what you want. A checked option should remain checked until you uncheck it.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.

I select "Clear Data". There are 2 checkboxes on the modal. I un-check "Cookies and Site Data" (so ONLY "Cached Web Content" is selected) and then click "Clear". So this only clears the cache, not my cookies. Then I select "Clear Data" again -- both checkboxes are checked -- and I have to uncheck "Cookies and Site Data" again. I have to do this each & every time I want to just clear the Cache.

The previous versions of Firefox would remember what types of data were checked from the previous time -- so that I didn't have to select/unselect each of them every time.
