after the new FireFox upload I cannot use my keyboard on FireFox!

Turned on my computer and FireFox did an upgrade and now it will not recognize my keyboard. So I am unable to type. No I did check to see if it is plugged in, and yes it works on Internet Explorer just find as well as any word documents I type. Appreciate any help you can give. I know IT people only hear when there is a problem, my son is an IT worker the ALCO> Thanks for you help.

Some have reported that pressing <F9> and the Windows key simultaneously one or more times has worked to fix issues with the keyboard not working.
