How do I change my MFirefox browser from Spanish version to English version?

more options

After rebooting my laptop and reloading Mozilla Firefox the browser converted to a Spanish language version. This includes the tool bars, Help section and all. Despite multiple efforts to convert from Spanish to English format, I have been frustratingly unsuccessful. This also happened with Chrome but I was able to correct that browser. Help?

How did you reload Firefox? If you allowed the Mozilla site to select the version of Firefox for you, perhaps that's how you ended up with Spanish, if the browser you used to download Firefox reported that as your preferred "locale".

Fred's last link will allow you to download an installer in your preferred language. For maximum plugin compatibility, choose the regular Windows version; the 64-bit version only runs Flash and Silverlight.

After you exit Firefox and start the new installer, it should detect that it is updating an existing installation and connect with all your existing data.
