I have tried every solution That could be found in Firefox help, safe mode, refreshing Firefox, and updating Firefox and plugins. This problem regarding the site http://lankacnews.com/sinhala/ exists only with Firefox and not with other browsers,

That website behaves weirdly: It opens a few links and then goes back in the tab history to the first entry in the tab history list, so you end up with available forward history or you leave the page if you open it in a tab that already has a page. Try to open the http://lankacnews.com/sinhala/ website in the same tab as this forum thread to see this happen.

The same happens if I click a link: it shows shortly and then returns to the previous page. So you would have to open the link in a new tab with a middle-click with the mouse scroll wheel.
