Has Norton sent to firefox a COMPLETE fix for their security software that INCLUDES access to the vualt where it automatically fills the login fields?

Norton says in a customer service chat session (of which I have a copy) at a senior level that they have submitted the COMPLETE correction to Firefox and the world is waiting on Firefox. I am not sure that is correct and would like to know the Firefox response. I can access the vault and look up info, but the old Norton tool bar allowed access automatically to the vault in which it filled in every login that resided in the vault. This feature is still missing meaning we have to type in each user name and password. This is not what I am paying for. The Firefox website has 3 week old info. What is the latest and is Norton correct? or are they putting me off? (maybe "putting me on" is more correct)

The last I read was that Norton was waiting on Mozilla. But the full story is that Norton waited until their Firefox add-ons quit working before they realized "they" had a problem. Mozilla announced upcoming changes to Firefox a year ago and then 9 months ago Mozilla notified add-on developers of the details for those changes, which should have been enough time for Norton to get 'their house in order'.

So now Norton is waiting in the queue along with all the other add-on developers who didn't pay attention to the 'deadline', which Mozilla has already pushed back a few times due to requests for more time by other security add-on developers. And now "they" claim that they are waiting on Mozilla. Poor planning on their part doesn't 'cut it'.
