When launching Firefox, a small white window appears over the main window and site does not work.

I reinstalled Firefox today 3/9 and the problem persists. Date stamp on application is 3/5. On that date I started having problems. See attached screen shot.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

hi, you can launch firefox into safemode by pressing the shift key while it is starting - for details please refer to the article referenced above...

Yay! I disabled that AOL toolbar and Firefox is running normally. Hopefully this will continue. Thanks again!
