I can't read the full message in my e-mails. Only the first 2 or 3 message lines are visible and readable(webmail).

Hello,

For some weeks (maybe months actually) I can not read my e-mails properly. I am using a webmail service from my ISP (ComHem, Sweden). It has always worked just fine, until now. Since some time back it only shows 2 or 3 of the first message lines in the e-mail message and it is just impossible to scroll down to read any further. If I choose viewing "print layout" from the menu in the e-mail message, it is possible to read it, but then the links doesn't work nor am I able to copy the links (and I need the links for job searching etc ) It works fine with Internet Explorer (which I prefer not using). I have been in contact with my ISP-support, but they told me it's something most likely at your end and nothing they can do about it. (am using windows 7 if you need that info)

Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to zoom in and out of the page? Hello, Have you tried Firefox's zoom feature? This will help increase the size of web pages.

  • To make things bigger, press Ctrl and &#43 at the same time.
  • To make things smaller, press Ctrl and - at the same time.
  • To reset the size back to normal, press Ctrl and 0 at the same time.

You can also use the NoSquint. add-on to change the default zoom level for all websites at once. After setting your global zoom level, you can still fine-tune the zoom on individual sites.

Using NoSquint:

  1. After installing NoSquint, make sure you have the Add-on Bar displayed:
    • Right-click the new tab button ("+") or a blank area of the tab bar to the right of it and choose Add-on Bar from the shortcut menu.
  2. Click the % on the Add-on Bar to call up site preferences, then click the Global Settings button, then the Zooming tab.
    • You can experiment with sizes larger than 125%, but it's not recommended that you go higher than 150% unless you have a large high-resolution monitor.

If there are particular sites that still present a problem, feel free to post their URLs.

Please let us know if this helped you!

Thank you.

Hi, and thanks for replying. I am sorry, but I don't see how zooming will help solving this problem, as when I open the e-mail (which opens in a new window /popup) I can sort of stretch the e-mail to full window size all I want, but still, can only read the first few lines. Actually it kind of looks like when you are using the preview function on your inbox, where you would be able to view only a few lines - until you open the actual e-mail. When I open my e-mail it's like its content is fixed. I can see the sender, subject line and - the first few lines of the e-mail content and that's it. I am adding a link to a screenshot of an e-mail. That's what it looks like when I open it, but under the grey line at the bottom, there is more text which I can't see because it is "locked" of some sort... screenshot of how e-mails look like when opened. (unless I choose print preview - which makes all the links in that e-mail more or less useless). I hope I haven't overlooked anything very simple.....
