How to enable Save as function for sites where that is not functioning?

My hard-disk crushed & had to buy new one. Had Windows XP on it, now it's Windows 7, and for some sites it's opening pictures but not allowing me to save them. HELP please

There are two workarounds and troubleshooting steps for this issue:

  • Help -> restart with add-ons disabled.
