Is that add-on disabled? Or is it missing from the Add-ons Manager tab?

(I have heard...) Occasionally during an upgrade there is a problem with your settings folder and Firefox performs a Reset. In that case, there should be a folder on your desktop named Old Firefox Data. Do you have that?
