how do you restore the toolbars
When I click a shortcut on my desktop when the page opens all the toolbars and address bar are gone. The page opens at the top of the webpage. This does not happen when I open Internet Explorer. In fact the top of this page is at the top of my monitor screen. I cannot see anything above the ASK A QUESTION, heading. When this happened I made an online payment to a credit card.

If you hit the F11 key, do you see the toolbars again? Use Firefox in Full Screen mode

Yes, that fixed it. Guess I fat fingered when I was on the other page. Thanks a million.
