missing contol boxes
1 many videos do not show control boxes.
2. Also other controls on the page are frequently missing.
3. Sites display ok with Chrome but not with Firefox. I would attach example clip, but this site does not accept!

Missing control boxes can be caused by zooming the player or website.
You can right-click the media player to see if you can restore the full size and that controls are enabled.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"

Thanks. Everything started working correctly immediately after I changed the tools to allow the site to choose their own colors.
