It looks that that persona has been redrawn form the Getpersonas site, so If Firefox is trying to check for updates then that fails.
If you like that persona and want to prevent losing that persona if you switch to another persona then you should make a backup copy of the two persona image files in the Firefox profile folder because only the image files of currently selected persona are stored on your computer.
