I can log in to a banking website but then the acct. details will not load? I suspect it is a java problem? FF3.6 is OK and Opera 11 is OK ..just FF8 does not work ?

Since upgrade to FF8 my banking site is not working properly. I can Log In OK but then the acct. details. balances etc will not load. The page is attempting to load. I can see it trying to access the info ..but then it finally stops and says"Error on the page. Please try to reload the page" After several attemps it still does not load. When I revert to FF3.6 ( on another PC) it works fine . Also it works with Opera 11. It WAS working on this laptop all though Ff 4/5/6/7/. Can I revert to FF7 ? Or os FF3.6 the only option ? As I say ..FF7 was no problem ..just FF8 ??

I have just had a confirmation from my bank that they have a problem with FF8 They have advised clients to revert to FF3.6 until they adjust their system to run on FF8.
