Copy and paste the certificate data from this web page to a text file VeriSign-Inc.cer

Import that file in the Certificate Manager.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates

Do not put a check-mark in any of the trust bits, leave them all clear.

That should be sufficient to enter that website.
