I have gone through all of your information in your help center and have tried everything. i have clicked on every link, tried typing them in by hand and anything else i can think of. it says i am in need of an update for the adobe plugin but it wont even load their site or connect through any of the links from your help center

Adobe has a number of plugins that work in Firefox. You have 3:

  • Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 11.5.9.620 (needs updating)
  • Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape (needs updating)
  • Shockwave Flash 10.3 r181 (not certain)
  1. Check your plugins to see which need to be updated: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
  2. USING FIREFOX, follow the links and instructions in the articles below for each of them.
  3. SAVE the download to your hard drive (Save to your Desktop; easier for you to find).
  4. Close Firefox (Firefox button > Exit OR File > Exit)
  5. Run each of the installers
  6. Open Firefox and run the plugins check again.
