In History Menu, The Recently Closed Tabs And The Recently Closed Windows Options Are Not Enabled

before it was working nice but now these two options are disabled . I've tried checking the settings for history and also tried to uninstall firefox and then reinstall it but neither works. I've also uninstalled firefox and the instal the v 4 of firefox and the problem still not solved .

  • You enter Private Browsing mode if you select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"
  • To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
  • Uncheck: [ ] "Automatically start Firefox in a private browsing session"
