FF 4.0 wont open maximized, always starts small.
Everytime I open it, it opens at about 1/2 screen size. Doesn't matter what size it is when I close it. Always starts full screen and then loads about 1/2 screen.

I'v witnessed the same problem! For me it helped solving it by maximising the window to fit the screen, then open a new window (which will pop up the same size as the window you've just draged fullscreen) then all you need to do is quit and it should start fullscreen again :)

Thanks K. By "opening a new window" I assume you meant open a new tab. I did and it did not fix the problem. Thanks for your time though.
