Firefox doesn't let "download" screen appear on subscription website. Can't download video at all. Internet Explorer lets "download" screen appear and will usually download the video, but often just the first 1 to 3 minutes of it.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
