How can I OPEN files I just downloaded? They're on the DOWNLOADS screen of Firefox but I can't open them even after double-clicking? And they're not on the FOLDERS as well.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== EVER SINCE I DOWNLOADED FIREFOX

I just downloaded a file from my email account. It shows on the the DOWNLOADS screen of FIREFOX but when I can't OPEN it ... even after double-clicking. Right-click that file in the Downloads window and select Open Containing Folder.
