White Screen Of Death (WSOD)

I am running latest version of FF (v 363 ). When I try to log in to a CC site (https), I enter my password & userid. FF then kind of hangs for 3-4 seconds and then I get the WSOD. Only a hard reboot can get me back up and running. I am running XP Home Edition Version 2002 SP3. I am almost positive that this is a FF problem because if I access this same website using IE 8. I thought it was a problem with my laptop (Presario 2000) monitor but I hooked it up to external monitor and the external monitor just goes blank/black when my laptop monitor turns white. Please HELP!

I disabled kaspersky & ad-aware. Also disabled my FF addons. Problem is still occurring. I am running XP SP3, not WIN7 as it states at top of post. I can reproduce this problem every single time I try it.

Any experts out there want to take a stab at this? Not sure if its hw or sw problem...............
