Can't I set my first email as recovery email because it's hard to login to it because I don't use my first number?
I have 2 email addresses which I can't access the first one because I lost my number. Now I need to link the first email to the current account without having to use my older phone number.

Please explain your situation in more detail. I don't understand. Thunderbird doesn't use your phone number for anything, unless perhaps you use it as your User ID.
Also, I don't understand what you mean by "link the first email to the current account".
If this has to do with resetting your email password, you would do that on your email provider's web site.
