After today's update to FireFox 151.0.3, I can no longer drag my tabs.

Today I updated to FireFox 151.0.3 and now I can no longer drag my tabs. I drag tabs all the time. I drag them to rearrange the order. I drag them to put a bookmark in the folder I want in the position in the list that I want. I sometimes drag tabs to make tab groups. None of that is working now.

Hi,

Could you please try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode and see if the issue persists?

Okay, I'm running FF in debug mode and it doesn't help. I still can't drag my tabs.
