I am having trouble with some emails not picking up I have checked and they are on the server but they wont download with the others some seem to be from one or two senders but i cant seem to get my head round the problem any help would be most welcome thanks len

Blocked email/corrupt index file. Thunderbird is stuck even if you can see the messages on the server. Your connection is often okay.yes.
We try to clear that blockage.
-Login into webmail via browser. -clear spam /trash folders.(delete all data) -remove oldest or unread messages/email.( so mail can go trough)
Did it get better now?
