Hi i have got logged out of all servers on my thunderbird account trying to reset the password. i also deleted the servers trying to change the password and settings are not now letting me send or receive emails.

Your message indicates a relay error. that often indicates that the email account on SMTP server settings is not the same as the one on the server settings pane. Suggestion: download a free utility that creates screenshots. There is a nice little one at 

 https://www.reasyze.com/   called sniptool - and there is a nice one I like, also free, at
  https://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/fscportable    then, post screenshot of 'server settings' pane and of SMTP server settings pane, unless you manage to fix the issue. Let us know. thank you
