If you are referring to Adblock Plus extension then see for example https://help.adblockplus.org/hc/en-us/articles/1500002778481-Turn-ABP-on-off-manually

People are still welcome to ask for basic help for extensions here as been the case for a long time. Also not every extension author has support by email or a support forum or thread on mozillaZIne forums.
