How to hide the attachments from an attached EML file

Hello,

Need help with the following as its creating confusing attachments. Whenever someone attaches an EML file to an email, the attachement pane shows the EML file AND the attachments from said EML file along with any other attachement, is there a way to not show the EML attachments to avoid any confusion and not download repeated older attachments?

The attachment is part of the eml. thunerbird doesn't distinguish any attached items. The attachments are PART of the message of the eml.
