Hi

If you install Firefox for Android again from the Google Play store and sign into Firefox Sync, your bookmarks should be synced back from your laptop.

If you are paranoid, go ahead and make a backup on your laptop. The JSON-format files includes what you see under Mobile Bookmarks. The following article has the steps for a manual backup:

Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer

(Note: Export didn't used to include Mobile Bookmarks, but you could test it and see whether it does now.)

Hopefully everything will just be automatic, but if you need to extract the mobile list from that JSON backup, I have a tool to convert it to a "bookmarks.html"-format file of clickable links. Either:
