I am not able to move the navigation bar to the bottom of the screen on a Android Notepad, I am able to do it with my Android Galaxy phone.

The bottom address bar is currently unavailable as we are testing an improved version of the tab strip. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the overall browsing experience based on user feedback and design research.
