1. Clear Cache and Cookies:

   • Sometimes, corrupted cache or cookies can cause websites to behave improperly.
   • Go to Firefox > Preferences (or Settings).
   • Select Privacy & Security.
   • Under "Cookies and Site Data," click on Clear Data.
   • Select both "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content," then click Clear.

2. Disable Extensions:

   • Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality.
   • Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) and go to Add-ons and Themes.
   • Disable all extensions and see if the problem persists. If it resolves the issue, re-enable them one by one to identify the culprit.

3. Update Firefox:

   • Ensure you are using the latest version of Firefox. Go to Firefox > About Firefox to check for updates.

4. Check for macOS Updates:

   • Make sure your macOS is up to date. Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Software Update to check for updates.

5. Run Firefox in Safe Mode:

   • Safe Mode disables extensions and custom settings, which can help identify if the problem is related to Firefox itself.
   • Click on the menu button, go to Help, and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

6. Check for Hardware Acceleration:

   • Sometimes, hardware acceleration can cause issues with video playback or website rendering.
   • Go to Preferences > General.
   • Scroll down to the "Performance" section and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available."

7. Test Other Browsers:

   • If the issue persists, try accessing eBay and Anthropologie using another browser (like Safari or Chrome) to see if the problem is specific to Firefox.

8. Check Network Connection:

   • Ensure that your internet connection is stable. You can try restarting your router or connecting to a different network to see if that resolves the issue.

9. Reset Firefox:

   • If none of the above steps work, you can reset Firefox to its default settings. This will remove extensions and custom settings but keep your bookmarks and passwords.
   • Go to Help > Troubleshooting Information and click on Refresh Firefox.

10. Contact Support:

   • If the problem continues, consider reaching out to Mozilla support or checking their forums for similar issues reported by other users.
