credit card use problem
I cannot donate money with my credit cards through Firefox. I get different error messages from different non-profits but the result is the same - I cannot donate. I can donate to the same non-profit using the same credit cards on the same day on the same computer on Chrome. What Firefox setting might be affecting this?

Without a screenshot error or error reporting to post or send to Firefox no one reading this will know what is happening.
Thank you. I should have included more information. Attached is an example of the problem that does not involve a screen shot of a donation. Sometime the error was as shown: "There was an error processing your request..." A typical error for donations was "There was an internet problem with your request..."
Maybe you should contact your credit card company to find out what is the issue.

To make sure that was not the case I used the same card in Chrome to give the same amount to the same non-profit, the same day. I also tried a different card to the same non-profit and got the same error message. I also had trouble getting responses in communication with web sites that don't involve credit cards, like the help desk at RideWithGPS in the attachment above.
Something appears to me to be interfering with internet communications for certain requests in Firefox.
This is a recent development. I did not have these issues until about 2 weeks ago. Before then I donated and got support without a problem.
