I keep getting a message on screen saying "page refuses to load"; I don't know if it's a problem with the search engine or the browser (I have been using DuckDuckGo as my search engine recently). I haven't used Firefox for years now, and have never used it on my own device so I'm still getting to know it.

Apologies for not responding in a timely fashion. I must have figured it out fairly quickly afterwards and so had forgotten I had to ask! In the future I'll be sure to respond if only to show what did or didn't work.
