I cannot send messages outside my organization I receive the following message

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <angie.kolokousi@gmail.com>... Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [139.91.160.195].

That wording in error message usually means that the sending email id and the email id in SMTP server are not the same. That's the first place to look.
