Printed documents always has FIREFOX printed on the top

Im not sure why it is happening but everytime I print out a document, it is printing FIREFOX on the top of the left hand side of the page and ABOUT BLANK on the right.

I have to print out lots of documents and this does not look professional.

Can anyone tell me what I have to do to stop this.

You have to turn off Print headers and footers.
