Spoofing blamed on malware on firefox
My small company uses site5 to host it's website, and their cPanel tools, including webmail server. 2 of the emails have been compromised, sending 10's of thousands of emails all over Europe and Asia. I changed the email passwords, set to not log in or send, only receive. However, they continue. When I asked support, they said "Emails will not be sent from the email account which was created in the cPanel. Spammers may use any email address from your domain to send spam emails.". However the bounces I get show they were sent by their server. They tell me that it is not on their side, but mine, as my browser is compromised. I ran virus scans with Avast, all comes up fine. How can I find what might be on firefox--or any other browser for that matter that can do this?

I would suggest closing that account and opening another.
You may have ad/mal-ware.

Run most or all of the listed free to use malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
