Problems accessing email from inbox.com after update

I use inbox.com for my email server and after they updated their site, I am having problems accessing my email. When I click on an email link it opens but the content window is blank. This has been happening in my spam, sent and sometimes my inbox. However, I can send emails no problem. If I use IE, everything is fine, but I really don't want to use IE. Any ideas/advice?

last week, Inbox failed temporarily then went back up. Today (Monday, Dec. 6, 2010) I can get the landing page but can't get into my email account. And there doesn't seem to be any way to get live customer support.

last week i have a problem on deleting my yahoo inbox,i have more than20,000 messages in inbox... i want to delete it all simultaneously,at once but i have so many messages that need to be remained,,is there a way to unmarked my important messages permanently so that every time i delete it all that important messages will always remain?..

help...help,,
