I suddenly got an error message yesterday when I started Thunderbird. Connection to server mail.tpg.com.au was reset. I can't download any emails. My husband was the tech guru in the house, but he passed away several months ago and I don't know how to fix this error. Can someone help me, please? Ishbel

Problem Solved. I had to change the security settings to None before the account would unlock.
