I am able to send tabs to other devices, but I can't get the bookmarks to sync, I'm just getting empty folders when I go to my bookmarks through Firefox Preview.

I understand this is still an experimental version of Firefox for Android, but is there any fix for this issue I could try or should I just wait until an update fixes the issue?

Hi

Are you able to force a sync from the other copy of Firefox that you sync from?

Do you have Bookmarks checked in the sync settings of both copies of Firefox?
